How Mersavia handles request information.

This page describes the traveler-facing request forms and the current browser and analytics behavior visible in the site implementation.

Information you may enter

Depending on the form and your request, this can include your name, contact details, preferred reply method, destination or service, date or timing, group size, selected services or plans, and notes. The Cairo Airport form can also include flight, airline, terminal, passenger, luggage, pickup, drop-off, accessibility, child-seat, and other practical notes.

Browser and analytics information

The request flow can keep selected request items, a preferred provider selection, and request-start state in browser session storage. The site also records request-flow events in Google Analytics 4, including page and source context, destination or service type, selected-item count, language, UTM attribution, landing path, external referrer host, and standard device or browser information supplied by analytics.

How information is used

The information is used to prepare and respond to a traveler request, manage the details you choose to send, and understand how the request journey is used so the site can be improved.

Where request details go

The traveler request is prepared in the browser and opened for sending through the selected Telegram or email route. The current traveler forms do not show a direct request submission to a Mersavia server. Messages sent to Mersavia can be accessed through the relevant public contact channel. Analytics events are processed through Google Analytics 4.

Storage and retention

The site uses temporary browser storage for parts of the request flow. The current implementation does not define a fixed retention period or publish a specific storage location for messages received through the contact channels.

Optional travel updates

Optional travel-update permission is separate from the request itself. It is used only when you actively choose it, you may ask Mersavia to stop using that contact route for updates, and declining or leaving it unchecked does not affect your request.

Correction or deletion requests

To request correction or deletion of information you sent to Mersavia, contact Mersavia through Instagram, phone, Telegram, or email and explain what should be corrected or removed.
